为全院对内、对外的综合业务服务部门，主要负责检验业务受理、业务技术管理等工作。现有高级职称人员5人，拥有宽敞明亮的业务受理大厅，现代化的留样室和体贴周到的服务环境。业务技术科全体人员以提升客户满意度为出发点，不断提高服务能力和技术水平，努力做好技术把关、技术支撑和技术服务工作。近年来先后获得广东省“巾帼文明岗”、深圳市“巾帼文明岗”、深圳市“青年文明号”等荣誉称号。
Business and Technology Department is a comprehensive business service department providing service to both internal and external customers. We are primarily responsible for sample receipt and business technology management, et al. In our department, 5 staffers have obtained senior professional title. We have spacious and bright business reception hall and modern Sample Storage Room. We have created a considerate service environment. Taking the improvement of customer satisfaction as the starting point, we constantly improve our service capabilities and technical level, and strive to do a good job in technical control, technical support and technical service. In recent years, it has won the honorary titles of “Women’s Civilization Post” in Guangdong Province, “Women’s Civilization Post” in Shenzhen, and “Youth Civilization” in Shenzhen.
